• Management reserves the right to admission
• No disputes or arguments will be entertained without the showing of a valid system receipt
• Transfer charges will be applicable if a membership is transferred
• Payment done for a product/package/service cannot be adjusted against another product/package/service
• Subject to realization of payment.
• The club shall have unqualified rights to make rules, regulation & restriction as it may deem necessary for smooth running of operations & Personal Training
• The package will be invalid if the membership expires.
